6 Months Later Zip Car Sent Me Damage Cost Bill

On 09.06.2023, the Renegade vehicle I rented from zipcar for 1 day on 09.06.2023 had a flat tire while driving on a straight road, I called the company immediately and after they took the vehicle by tow truck, I asked customer service if there was a problem (they have a record of my conversation). 6 months after I was informed that there was no problem, I was threatened that I would have to pay the 0 tire fee invoice 6 months later, otherwise the delay interest and legal costs would be reflected on me... Since I did not have the opportunity to examine the condition of the tire etc. when I took delivery of the vehicle, it seemed strange that I was asked to pay for 0 tires. Is this how these companies treat their customers? Do they make us buy their tires? Doesn't the vehicle insurance cover this? I was not provided with any photos, evidence, etc. Maybe the tire was repaired and they want to make me pay for the tire bought for another car? How can I be sure of this... I came across similar complaints on the internet and I wanted to share them so that maybe I can wake someone up about taking full photos etc. when delivering the vehicle and prevent them from experiencing the same thing. I didn't approve of this style for a well-established company like Koc... I will never rent from this company again...

Six months after the car is rented, they claim that you scratched the car, the tires are worn, someone smoked in the car, or the window is cracked, and they issue invoices and collect payments through legal threats. To those reading this, please put a stop to this exploitation and do not engage in any transactions with this company. They bind you with the clauses in the contracts you accept through the app, and they make bulk collections, even months later.
