Zety Unauthorized Charge After One-Time CV Payment

I made a one-time payment to Zety to create a CV. However, without my knowledge or consent, a subscription was created in my name, and on December 24, 2025, at 11:25 PM, $34 was charged from my account. The receipt/transaction number for this charge is 1087720/139566.

I did not authorize any subscription or recurring payment, and I do not accept this charge under any circumstances. I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and that the $34 be refunded to my account as soon as possible.

Additionally, I request that this unauthorized subscription be terminated immediately and that I be provided with written confirmation regarding this process.
