Zety Charged Subscription Fees Without Consent After One-Time Payment
On November 18, I made a one-time payment through Zety to create a CV. However, after this transaction, I realized that a subscription had been created in my name without my knowledge or consent, and recurring charges were being applied.
In November and December 2025, and again on January 25, 2025, I was charged €23.95 three separate times without my knowledge or approval, totaling €71.85. In addition, on January 25, 2026, at 5:51 PM, $34 was charged from my account.
I do not accept the creation of a subscription or recurring charges without my explicit consent. I only just became aware of this subscription and have immediately canceled it. However, I request a full refund of all amounts that were charged without my authorization.
Otherwise, I will consider this situation to be misleading and will file complaints with the appropriate authorities.
