Zelle Rips Off $500, Money Transfer Didn't Go Through

I can't believe Zelle is so stupid! They cheated me out of $500 by taking it from my account quickly. I've used their service for a long time and have never had a problem until now. Like I always do, I sent my friend a payment, got a confirmation email, turns out that my friend never got any money. she was ripped off. They might not think $500 is much, but I do. I won't even talk about how bad their customer service is. It has no use at all. They don't care about their regular customers at all. It's not easy to talk to a wall. There is no understanding, no help, and only a lot of empty promises. they are sketchy, can't be trusted, and clearly don't care about their customers.
