I Can't Access Essential Funds On Zelle

I just want to send some money, you know, for bills and stuff, but it's been a total brick wall with Zelle, what's your purpose really? why did you build this service??? Every time I try to put in my debit card info, I get this weird error message that doesn't even tell me what's wrong! I've tried it like a million times, and nothing works. And then I tried to reach out to customer service, but it's like talking to a brick wall there too! Seriously, all I want to do is send some money, but it feels impossible. Starting to feel pretty frustrated and defeated at this point, where is your customer service people??? why are we struggling with this nonsense?
