I just want to send some money, you know, for bills and stuff, but it's been a total brick wall with Zelle, what's your purpose really? why did you build this service??? Every time I try to put in my debit card info, I get this weird error message that doesn't even tell me what's wrong! I've tried it like a million times, and nothing works. And then I tried to reach out to customer service, but it's like talking to a brick wall there too! Seriously, all I want to do is send some money, but it feels impossible.
