Zelle Sign-In Struggles Leave Me Locked Out!
Anyone else having trouble on their phone getting into Zelle? I'm really frustrated because I can't get into my account. I try everything. I type in my correct phone number, click "sign in," and presto! There is a big red message that says "An error has occurred, the old "turn it off and on again" trick didn't work, so I closed and reopened the app. There was only the same sign-in screen, though. That being said, I have a question for other here, if we have a tech savy somewhere, should I just remove the app for good? Perhaps a new download will work? Is anyone else having this terrible time signing in to Zelle? share your advice. Maybe until these people decide to help us, we can find a solution.
