I had a terrible experience with Zara Turkey. On December 24, 2022, I made a purchase of 16 items for 11,917.30 TRY on their app. I returned 8 items and was issued a refund in two parts, but there were no issues with the first partial return. When I returned the remaining 8 items on January 3, the cashier processed the return in 6 different transactions instead of 2. I was supposed to receive a refund of 1199 TRY + 659.95 TRY + 659.95 TRY + 799.95 TRY + 799.95 TRY + 2398.90 TRY, but only received 1199 TRY + 659.95 TRY + 799.95 TRY on January 3 and 2398.90 TRY on January 4. I contacted Zara Turkey multiple times through live support and WhatsApp line, but they just kept saying that refunds should reflect within 14 working days. On January 26, the representative I spoke with this morning still hasn't sent me a receipt and insisted that all payments were issued on January 3. However, when I checked their system, I saw that the missing 799.95 TRY + 659.95 TRY was processed on January 5, contrary to what they stated. They are trying to mislead customers and hide behind the 14 working day excuse. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no refund has been issued for the missing 2. I will continue to file complaints until I get my money back.
