Paid Extra for Zara Express Delivery—Order Still Not Delivered

On September 16th, I placed an order with Zara and paid an extra fee for the shipment to be delivered on September 17th. Despite this, my package didn't arrive. It's now September 18th, and the product, which is already significantly delayed, still hasn't been delivered. If you're going to charge extra for expedited shipping, why isn't the service being fulfilled? This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expect timely delivery, especially after paying additional fees. Zara, please address this issue promptly by delivering my order immediately or refunding the extra fee I paid. Customers rely on accurate delivery times, and this experience has been very disappointing.
