Zara Refund Not Processed Despite Return Being Received
I returned an item I purchased from Zara, and the return was physically received by Zara staff member M******* E****. However, the system still shows the return as being "collected by courier," and my refund has not been processed.
I am extremely disappointed with how a large company like Zara is handling this issue. This level of inefficiency and lack of communication is unacceptable. I expected better from a brand of this size and reputation. Until this issue is resolved, I will not shop at Zara again. I request that my refund is processed immediately and that Zara reviews its return process to prevent such problems in the future. Please address this matter urgently.
