Zara Refund Missing for One Item After Full Return

About 15 days ago, I placed an order on Zara’s online store with order number 5417*****29, purchasing two blouses and one Palazzo soft pant. I returned all three items together; however, in the system, only the refunds for the two blouses appear to be completed, and the refund for the pants has not been processed.

When I check my card and account, I do not see any refund for the Palazzo soft pants. I tried contacting Zara customer service regarding this issue, but I had difficulty reaching them, and when I did, no clear explanation or solution was provided.

Even though I returned all three items together, I am still waiting for the refund of the Palazzo soft pants, which has not been issued. I request that the missing refund for the pants be processed and returned to me as soon as possible.
