Zara Payment Not Refunded Despite Email Confirmation
I recently received an email from Zara stating that the refund for the 2 leather pants I ordered under order #53461460208 had been processed. However, there's no payment reflected in my bank, and there's no pending transaction either. While Zara has refunded another order, this specific one remains unresolved. Adding to the frustration, there's no customer service available to address the issue. This isn't the first time I've encountered problems with Zara regarding refunds, especially on a substantial purchase of $1000. I urgently seek the prompt refund of my money from Zara.
