Zara Hasn't Processed My Refund for Returned Dress After 10 Days
I returned a dress to Zara through shipping and didn’t even open the package before sending it back. It has been over 10 days, and I still haven’t received my refund. Adding to my frustration, Zara’s customer service line is no longer operational, and all communication is now handled by artificial intelligence, which offers no real solutions.
The return request doesn’t even show up in the app anymore. My order number is 5399*18, and my email is b********@gmail.com. Zara needs to either refund my money or return the dress to me. I’ve been waiting for two weeks for a refund for an item I no longer have. This lack of customer support is unacceptable—please resolve this issue immediately!
