Zara Order Missing - No Delivery, No Refund

I'm having trouble with Zara not delivering my order. Can you believe it? Hey there! Just wanted to let you know that we haven't received the order with reference number 5367*****24 yet. It was placed on April 18th and was supposed to be delivered by April 29th. Just wanted to give you a heads up! The customer service is not very helpful. I'm not receiving either the products or the refund. Well, it looks like I've become a victim of this situation. I really need a solution right away!
