Zara Not Refunding Canceled Order After Weeks of Waiting – Where’s My Refund?
I placed an online order with Zara on September 20, and after the package never arrived, I requested a refund on September 26. Customer service assured me I would get my refund once the items were returned to the warehouse. Now it’s been over two weeks since my refund request and three weeks since the order, but I still haven’t received my money back. How can a package take two weeks to reach a warehouse, or if it hasn’t, why am I the one suffering for it? When I call Zara customer service, they tell me to track the package myself! Why is it my job to chase down a refund for items I never received? Zara needs to resolve this immediately.
