I bought 4 things at Zara in Antalya Terracity, but they didn't fit me right. I had to ask for a refund. However, the store manager and cashier treated me in an extremely disrespectful manner, claiming that the products had been used even though I had not worn them. When I told them what was up, they were super rude and even said I should just chuck the stuff in the trash. I was shocked and disappointed by their unacceptable behavior. I will not forgive anyone for treating me like this, and I will not recommend this store to anyone. I'm thinking of complaining to the consumer rights folks.
