Zara Fails to Deliver $39 Online Perfume Order After Missing Delivery Date
On August 30, 2026, I purchased the Immortal Vanilla EDP 80ml perfume from Zara's online store for $39 under order number 5485*****40. Although the estimated delivery date was stated as September 4, my product still hasn't reached me.
When I reached out via Zara's WhatsApp support line regarding the delay, I received a message stating that it was supposed to be delivered on September 4, but a delay had occurred and they were working on delivering it as soon as possible. Despite this notification and the time that has passed, my order remains undelivered, and they haven't provided a concrete solution.
Waiting this long has completely killed my excitement. I no longer want to receive the product. I demand that the $39 I paid for order number 5485*****40 be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible.
