Zara Online Order Not Arriving On Time, Request Immediate Delivery
On 09.07.2026, I placed an online order from Zara with the order number 54336376369. The estimated delivery date for this order was shown as 17.07.2026, which is today. However, my order still appears in the “Order is being processed” stage, and it is clear that the products have not even been prepared or handed over to the courier yet. Although I have been waiting for my order since 09.07.2026, it is not acceptable that on the very day it is supposed to be delivered, it has still not been prepared. The product needs to be prepared, picked up by the courier, sent out for delivery and then delivered to me. Considering the current status of the order, it is obvious that delivery today is practically impossible. When I contacted customer service about this issue, I was only told to “wait,” without any concrete solution being offered. For an order whose delivery date is shown as today, leaving the customer in uncertainty until the last moment and taking no visible action causes a serious grievance. At the very least, if it was understood in advance that the order could not be delivered on time, accurate and timely information should have been given to the customer. Instead, I have been waiting since 09.07.2026, and I am being told only to wait, without any clear solution. I request a clear and detailed explanation from Zara regarding the real status of my order and why, despite the delivery date being today, it has still not been processed, and I expect my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
