Zara Double-Billed My Card and Won’t Fix the Issue
On November 27, 2025, during a women’s clothing purchase I made through Zara’s online store, my credit card was charged twice for $316 USD each. My order number for this transaction is 5402*43. As a result, a total of $632 USD was withdrawn from my card, but only one of these charges was refunded. The second $316 USD has still not been returned.
I contacted both Zara customer service and my bank regarding the issue, but each side keeps shifting responsibility to the other, offering no clear solution. This has increased both my inconvenience and my frustration.
I request that the extra $316 USD charged to my card be located and refunded to me as soon as possible, and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved promptly.
