Zara Refused to Refund My Return Claiming the Product Is Not in Their Warehouse
Hello, Zara has not processed my return or issued a refund. For fifteen days, they claimed my return was being examined in their warehouse. When I last contacted customer service to ask about the status, I was told that the product was not in their warehouse and they could not assist me further. This is not the first time this has happened; during the summer, they refused to refund me for a product I returned, giving the same excuse that it was not in their warehouse. This repeated issue has caused significant frustration, and I am seeking a resolution to receive my rightful refund.
