Zara Customer Service Unreachable As My Order Is Delayed

I got myself into a bit of a jam with a Zara delivery, ordered a little something from Zara thinking it would be easy. They gave it to the One-Day Wonder Delivery, and  been two days and  still can't find the damn thing. I've been sitting here idly by.  I don't usually make fun of people, but Zara? I didn't sign up for this vibe. It's impossible to reach the delivery people; their phone seems to be off all the time. I tried to get in touch with the courier, but it's like talking to a wall. Things are beginning to feel like they belong on a bad sitcom. Please help me fix this delivery mess, and maybe, just maybe, I'll think about ordering again...
