It's been a few days since I ordered from Zara. The courier claimed to have come, but I discovered that they had gone to a different neighborhood (they could at least check the postal code, by the way; I even noted the name of the adjacent store).
The next day, I phoned them, and they stated they had forwarded my request to the representative. Three days later (on a Saturday), my courier called at 8 a.m. to inquire what area I was in. Three hours later, I received a call from 444 7 548, and my phone immediately hung up. I attempted phoning back, but the call could not be made. It appeared like the line was not operating.
Now I see that my order has been returned. It is being returned without warning owing to a mistake made by the courier.
