Zara Package Returned Without Delivery, App Showing Wrong Status

I purchased a Zara product through the brand’s official app. I placed my order on November 17, and it still appears as “out for delivery.” Yet when I check the shipping details, it shows that the item was returned to the warehouse. The product was never delivered to me, but somehow it is marked as both returned and still out for delivery. Why is it showing this way?
As if this issue weren’t frustrating enough, there is no functioning communication channel to report the problem. The WhatsApp support line doesn’t open, the phone numbers do not connect, and the live chat—run by an AI—gives irrelevant answers no matter what you ask. It’s terrible. For such a large brand, this level of miscommunication and lack of accountability is truly disappointing.
I request that the responsible team resolve this issue and provide a clear update regarding my order.
