Zara Home Package Never Reached the Pickup Location

On May 14, I placed an order through the Zara Home app totaling approximately $75. My order was shipped through Cargox to a designated pickup location in Istanbul. As of May 25, however, my package still has not been delivered. I have received no updates, and my shipment has effectively been missing for more than ten days.

During this time, I contacted customer support several times through your WhatsApp channel and twice by phone. Each time, I was told only that there had been a delay due to high demand and that my package would be delivered as soon as possible. No one has provided a clear or satisfactory explanation for the actual cause of the delay. Even though I selected delivery to a pickup location, I have not been given any concrete information about where my package is, and the prolonged delay has caused me significant inconvenience.

I request that the location of my shipment be determined immediately, that my order be delivered as soon as possible, and that I receive a written explanation regarding the reason for this delay and the current status of my package.
