Zara Home Delivered Only Two of Three Lights I Paid For
Approximately one week ago, I purchased three identical light fixtures from the Zara Home online store. I completed payment for all three items in full. However, when the package arrived, I discovered that only two of the lights had been delivered. One of the products I paid for was missing from the shipment. My order number is 80092938214.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is the lack of accessible customer support. I have been unable to find a customer service phone number, call center, or any other direct communication channel through which I can report the missing item and request assistance. As a result, I have had no effective way to notify the company about the issue or obtain information regarding the status of the missing product.
It is unacceptable that a customer can pay in full for an order and then receive an incomplete shipment without having a reliable way to contact the company. The absence of accessible customer support has caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and left me without a solution to a problem that should be straightforward to resolve.
I request that the missing light fixture be shipped to me immediately and that Zara Home take the necessary steps to resolve the inconvenience caused by this incomplete delivery.
