I Face Missing Curtain Issue with Zara Home Online Order Delivery
On June 5, I placed an online order (No. 80096712047) through the Zara Home website. My order included two curtains, but only one was delivered. I immediately contacted Zara Home customer service to report the missing item, but no solution was offered, and the issue remains unresolved.
I paid a total of ₺18,500 for this order via credit card, and this is the first time I have encountered such a problem with Zara Home. It is unacceptable to receive an incomplete order without any follow-up or resolution from the company.
I expect Zara Home to ship the missing curtain to me immediately without any additional cost and to ensure that such fulfillment errors do not happen again in the future.
