Zara Home Delivery Delay Has Still Not Been Resolved
I placed an order for multiple products through the Zara Home online store. However, my order has still not been delivered for over a week, and I continue to experience ongoing “late delivery” problems. Even though the promised delivery timeframe has already been exceeded, my package still has not arrived.
During this process, I contacted customer service by phone approximately 5–6 times. A customer representative named N***** repeatedly disconnected the calls and then claimed that the line had dropped. In addition, the representative’s tone was dismissive, sarcastic, and careless toward customers. Despite all these calls, I was never given any clear or useful information. Every conversation left me feeling ignored and brushed aside, and I was extremely dissatisfied with both the communication style and the lack of professionalism shown during the support process.
No one provided a transparent or satisfactory explanation regarding where my shipment currently is or when it will finally be delivered. My order number is 80092238118.
I request that my orders be delivered to me urgently without any further delay and that Zara Home conduct a proper investigation regarding the poor communication and inappropriate customer service behavior I experienced during this process.
I haven't received my order for a week, I called 5-6 times by phone but got no response, the representative hung up and made up an excuse, I received no information regarding communication and delivery.
