I’ve been a loyal Yves Rocher customer for a long time and have always loved their products—until now. For the first time, I’ve had a bad reaction to one of their items: the Pur Bleuet eye cream. After using it, I noticed red patches developing under my eyes, and the irritation hasn’t gone away.
This reaction was completely unexpected, and I’m honestly upset. I don’t have sensitive skin, and I’ve never had an issue with any of their products before. I’m now unsure of what steps to take next, as this is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem.
I’m asking Yves Rocher to take this matter seriously, explain what caused this reaction, and offer a solution or refund.
