I recently purchased the Yves Rocher Eye Makeup Remover, but each time I use it, I experience intense burning and redness in my eyes. This reaction is particularly troubling as this product is specifically designed for eye makeup removal. I’ve been a loyal customer of Yves Rocher, using a variety of their products and always being satisfied—until now. I trusted the brand for its quality, but this product has genuinely disappointed me. Despite its eye-safe claim, the discomfort and irritation it causes are significant, making me apprehensive about using it further.
