On November 1, 2024, I purchased the Yves Rocher Evidence 100ml perfume, but I’m highly disappointed. When I got home and inspected the bottle, I noticed it was missing a protective seal, which raised concerns about its authenticity. Moreover, despite being an EDP, the scent doesn’t last at all on my skin — it fades almost instantly. I paid a significant amount expecting a quality product, yet I feel let down by both the lack of seal and the poor performance. I would appreciate it if Yves Rocher could address this issue, as I am unsatisfied with my purchase and request a resolution, ideally through a refund or exchange.
