I decided to purchase the Yves Rocher Bright Botanical Brightening and Tone-Evening SPF 30 emulsion. Not only did my order take longer than expected to arrive, but it also caused the surface of my face to become uneven and textured after I used it. My skin appeared to be shedding in sheets, leaving behind a chalky residue. The product was not only harmful to my skin, but it was also a waste of my time and money. Making matters worse, contacting their customer service is nearly impossible. I would appreciate any help you could give me in contacting their customer service and obtaining a refund through this medium. I strongly advise you to not recommend this product to anyone.
