I purchased Yves Rocher’s Anti-AGE Global Eye Cream in 2023 but started using it only after finishing my other creams. Shortly after I began using it, I experienced constant redness and burning around my eyes. At first, I didn’t realize it was caused by the cream. However, after using their sunscreen during the summer, which caused itching and blistering on my skin, I researched online and found many similar complaints about Yves Rocher products causing allergies. That’s when I connected the eye cream to my symptoms.
I reported the issue to customer service with supporting photos and a doctor’s report. They accepted the return, and I went to the nearest store to exchange the sunscreen for a roll-on product. However, due to my concerns about further allergic reactions, I requested a refund for the eye cream instead of exchanging it for another product.
An invoice for the refund was issued on 10.09.2024, but as of 02.11.2024, I still have not received my money. Despite countless calls to the store and customer service, they continue to stall, and I’m exhausted from chasing them. This is not just a matter of inconvenience—it’s about my health and the lack of accountability from Yves Rocher. If this is how they treat others, it indicates a serious problem within the company.
