Unable to Access My Ysense Account and Funds Withdrawn Without Consent

I am unable to access my Ysense account, and I have no idea why. When I first joined, I was informed that the service was free. However, when I tried to log in again, I couldn’t gain access.

To make matters worse, I noticed that funds were withdrawn from my account while I was in the process of requesting a payout. This is highly concerning, and I am frustrated that I can’t even log in to address the issue or understand what happened.

I urgently request Ysense to resolve this issue, restore my account access, and investigate the unauthorized withdrawal. Please provide a prompt and transparent resolution. Thank you.
