Unable to Verify Phone Number on New Ysense Account
I recently created a new account on Ysense, but I’m unable to verify my phone number. The system says the number is already associated with another account, which belonged to my old Ysense account that I have since closed. However, it seems my phone number wasn’t removed from the old account.
This issue is preventing me from fully using my new account. I kindly request the Ysense team to resolve this problem by removing my phone number from the old account so I can verify it for the new one.
