YouTube Premium Cut Off My Subscription Despite Payment and Ignored My Receipts

I’ve been a loyal YouTube Premium subscriber for years and just renewed my subscription, but somehow it got cut off anyway. I sent in my payment receipts, but YouTube support keeps saying that no payment was made. It's annoying to pay for something and then not be able to use it, especially when there's no good support to help sort it out. I'm feeling stuck since every time I try to get help from customer service, it just leads to nowhere, and it seems like no one is actually paying attention to my situation.
