Paying for YouTube Music but Songs Won’t Play on the App

I pay my monthly subscription for YouTube Music without fail, yet the app doesn’t play any songs. Despite having up-to-date applications and a strong internet connection, the songs simply won’t load or play.
This issue makes me feel like I’m wasting my money on a service that doesn’t work as promised. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but the problem persists. As a paying customer, I expect the app to function properly and deliver the music service I’m paying for.
I demand YouTube Music resolves this issue immediately or provides a refund for the time the service has been unusable. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for a product that fails to meet basic expectations.
