I Face Unknown Recurring Charges From Yourselfirst.com and Request Full Refund
Since 7 October 2025, I have noticed unexplained debits of 27.99 € each time from my bank account, in the name of YOURSELFIRST.COM, on the following dates: 07/10, 11/11, and 07/12. I have never knowingly subscribed to a service with this company, and I do not know what product or service these withdrawals are supposed to correspond to. Faced with this situation, I contacted my bank, which advised me to block my card to stop these payments. However, this does not answer the question of why these debits were made, and I still have no information or justification from YOURSELFIRST.COM. Through this complaint, I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or contract possibly opened in my name with YOURSELFIRST.COM, the immediate cessation of all future debits, the full refund of all amounts already taken, and a written confirmation that no further payments will be made without my clear and explicit consent.
