Yoho Ignored My Requests to Close My Account

Despite repeatedly requesting that my Yoho app account be closed, I have not received any help whatsoever to date. Today, I contacted customer service both through the in-app support system and via Gmail, but I received no response.
I have experienced similar issues in the past, but at this point, I want my account to be immediately and completely closed. I am expecting an urgent solution and a prompt response regarding this matter.
