Yoho App Won’t Let Me Leave an Agency Despite My Request

I have been a member of the Raskon agency on the Yoho app for approximately one month, and I want to leave the agency. However, when I try to exit through the app, it does not allow me to do so, and despite messaging the support line, I have received no response.
I paid $0 to join the membership, and at this point, my request to leave the agency is not being processed. I completed all of these actions from Göle. I am simply requesting that my membership be terminated.
