On December 17, 2025, I downloaded the Yoho app to my iPhone, and on the same day I learned that I had been registered with an agency without my knowledge and without being clearly informed. When I tried to leave the app, I was told that I couldn’t delete my account because I was listed as a “broadcaster,” effectively forcing me to remain in the application.
On December 18, 2025, I contacted the in-app support team to have my account and personal information completely closed. Instead of helping me, they brushed me off by telling me to “contact the agency.” When I spoke with the agency owner, I was told that nothing could be done at the moment, that I should uninstall the app without deleting the account, and no definitive solution was offered. Neither the agency owner nor the support team provided a clear or permanent solution regarding the complete removal of my personal data.
I am formally requesting that my account with ID number 83137088, along with all personal data linked to this account, including my email address, be immediately and permanently deleted from the Yoho app and all related systems. I do not consent to my personal data being retained without my permission, and I demand urgent action to ensure my account and all associated information are fully removed.
