Yoho Charged My Virtual Card $3,780 Without Permission
On December 13, 2025, at around 10:25 AM, a total charge of approximately $3,780 was made without my knowledge or consent to my Enpara virtual card under the name Yoho. These transactions—five charges of about $840 each and one charge of about $420—are absolutely not mine.
Because I had previously lost my card, I had already informed the bank and stated that my password had been compromised. As soon as I noticed these transactions, I contacted Enpara customer service, and following that conversation, my related cards were canceled. I also filed a criminal complaint regarding these unauthorized transactions and submitted a formal dispute petition.
Due to this unauthorized spending, I am demanding that Yoho and Enpara cancel all transactions made in my name and that the full amount be refunded to my account as a positive balance as soon as possible.
