Yoho Banned My Account for Pornography I Never Posted
I have been unable to log in to my Yoho app account with the username t* for approximately 5–6 hours. When I try to sign in, I receive a warning message stating: “You are permanently banned from logging in due to pornography. The penalty will be lifted later, and all related functions will recover when time is provided.”
Even though I have never shared any pornographic content, I see that this penalty has been applied to my account, and I absolutely do not accept it. I have previously spent money in the app on coins and similar purchases, and I have invested both time and money into my account.
Since I believe I have not violated any rules, I am requesting that my account be reviewed, that this ban—which I believe is incorrect—be lifted, and that I be allowed to log in again. If my request to have my account reinstated is denied, I am requesting a full refund of all amounts I spent within the app.
