Yoho App Banned My Account Over Photo Issue — Asking for Reinstatement

I was banned from the Yoho app because I used a photo that apparently included the name or logo of another application. I’m very sorry for this mistake and promise it will never happen again. It’s been a week since the ban, and although I received a message saying it was temporary, my account still hasn’t been restored.
I kindly ask for your help to lift the ban today so I can use my account again. I truly regret what happened and just want to return to using the app responsibly.
