Yoho App Refuses to Delete My Account After Joining an Agency

On April 18, 2025, I logged into the Yoho app and was added to an agency. However, I didn’t enjoy the platform and wanted to leave, but there is no option to delete my account. The customer service team not only refused to help but blocked me when I asked for assistance. When I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it automatically logged me in through my email address. I was told, “You can’t delete your account because you’re a broadcaster.”
I asked to be removed from the agency and have my registration canceled, but they claimed the account can never be deleted. No one informed me about this policy when I first joined. They also told me that my account would automatically expire if I stayed inactive for a month, but when I referred to this, the customer service said, “You accepted the terms when you approved the agency notification.”
I want my account permanently deleted. I will make sure to warn others about these issues in every Yoho advertisement I come across. I do not consent to the use of my email address or personal data, and I expect this problem to be resolved immediately.
