Yoho App Login Error Code1032 Recovery Issue

After changing my device, I’ve been unable to log into my Yoho account, which is registered under my phone number. Every time I try to sign in, I receive a “Code1032” error. My account holds around 90,000 coins and in-game currency, and I have also made multiple in-app purchases. I tried to reach Yoho customer support, but I couldn’t find any active support channel. I live in Istanbul, and this issue started right after I switched devices.
I request that the balance and purchased items in my account be protected and that I regain access to my account as soon as possible. I urgently need support to resolve this issue.
