Yemeksepeti Courier Used Threats and Profanity After Watsons Delivery

On 01.06.2026 at approximately 17:35, after my Yemeksepeti Market delivery for my Watsons order was completed to my address in İstanbul Göztepe, the courier called me by phone and used severe profanity toward both me and my mother and also made threats during this call. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and has made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I have already contacted Yemeksepeti customer service about this incident, but I have not received any concrete result or satisfactory feedback so far. I request that an urgent and thorough investigation be initiated regarding this courier, that the phone records and all relevant evidence be examined, and that the necessary disciplinary and legal actions be taken against the person responsible. Otherwise, I state that I reserve all my legal rights and that I may pursue legal action based on the available evidence and phone records.
