Yemek Sepeti Is Not Paying Me for Orders Despite the Contract Terms

We are a waffle chain with five branches, and we are absolutely unable to receive our payments from Yemeksepeti. Yemeksepeti is not adhering to the terms of the contract and failing to fulfill its obligations. According to Article 4.4 under the "Financial Provisions" section of the contract we signed, Yemeksepeti is required to transfer the payments for customer orders to the member business’s bank account within a maximum of five business days after order delivery. However, no payments have been made within this period. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through customer service, we have been met with indifference and empty promises. The call center operators are unresponsive, incompetent, and unqualified. Additionally, emails sent to [email protected] remain completely unanswered.
