Yemeksepeti Delays My Payments for 30 Days Without Resolution
Hello, I’ve been working with Yemeksepeti, but none of my payments from December 21 to January 16 have been deposited into my account. For the past 30 days, I’ve received nothing but absurd responses to my emails. It’s unbelievable how such a large company can have a finance department making so many errors—or perhaps it’s simply neglect.
While other payments are successfully deposited into the same IBAN, Yemeksepeti claims there’s a “character error” or “system issue.” For a month, all I’ve received are nonsensical excuses with no actual resolution. I’ve finally reached my breaking point after trying to remain patient.
Attached are a few screenshots of the replies I’ve received—they speak for themselves. I demand immediate payment from Yemeksepeti and expect them to address their technical issues. Whether this requires a system update, technical support, or new staff, it’s their responsibility to fix it. My Restaurant ID is gbzw 07 Sofra Alanya. Yemeksepeti, resolve this now!
