Yemek Sepeti Delivered Spoiled Ice Latte from Everyday Roastery

Yesterday, my Yemek Sepeti order from Everyday Roastery included three Ice Lattes (Lactose-Free Milk Coffee) made with spoiled milk. I submitted a complaint and refund request, but I was only given a ₺100 voucher as if it were a joke. I paid ₺404.70 for this order, but more importantly, you are playing with people's health. You knowingly sent a defective product and responded by offering a mere voucher in the name of customer satisfaction. Not only are you putting people's health at risk, but you are also mocking your customers. There is not even a proper representative to address this issue. If I had not noticed and drank it, we could have been poisoned. I will file a complaint with the Ministry of Health for endangering public health.
