Unfair Suspension Of Merchant On Yemeksepeti

I am a Yemeksepeti merchant operating under the name Teona Tatlı Evi, and I am submitting this complaint due to the unfair and arbitrary suspension and deletion of our business page, which has caused serious financial harm to our small business. In the past, our page was suspended multiple times and later reactivated after Yemeksepeti acknowledged its mistakes and apologized. Despite this history, our page was again removed on February 2, 2025, and has remained continuously offline since that date without any clear explanation or resolution. Yemeksepeti has failed to provide any valid, transparent, or concrete reason for this latest suspension. No prior warning, clear justification, or opportunity to defend ourselves was given, even though this decision directly affects our livelihood. As a direct result of the ongoing suspension, our daily revenue has decreased by nearly 50%. Planned investments were canceled, operational and marketing expenses became unrecoverable, and the prolonged loss of income has placed staff salaries and job security at serious risk during an already difficult economic period. We contacted Yemeksepeti merchant support repeatedly, but only received automated and generic responses. No responsible contact person, clear explanation, or resolution timeline was provided, and our objections were effectively ignored. Our merchant account can be identified using our Ryov ID along with the registered business name Teona Tatlı Evi. We request the immediate reactivation of our business page, a written and transparent explanation for all suspensions, a formal written apology, fair compensation for the financial losses incurred, and clear assurances that such arbitrary actions will not be repeated in the future.

I am the operator of Teona Sweet House. About three days ago, our business panels on Yemeksepeti were suddenly closed without any notice, and all our branches were removed from the platform. During this process, we received no email, SMS, or in‑app warning or justification. Since the panel was closed, we cannot reach anyone in authority through any channel, including the call center; we are essentially blocked from everywhere. We are not receiving any explanation as to why we were closed, nor can we find a contact who can resolve the issue. This situation has seriously disadvantaged both my business and my employees. I demand that Yemeksepeti immediately reopen the panels of all our branches as Teona Sweet House, and, if there is any justification, inform us in writing and clearly.
