Yapı Kredi Only Offers Interest-Based Installments for Medical Expense

I made a healthcare-related payment using my Yapı Kredi World Gold credit card to pay a hospital bill at Avrupa Cerrahi Proktoloji Merkezi in Istanbul on April 22, 2026. At the time of the transaction, I expected the payment to be processed in 3 interest-free installments. However, when I reviewed my credit card statement, I saw that the bank only offers the option to convert this payment into installments with interest. After noticing this, I contacted Yapı Kredi customer service and was informed that there is no campaign for interest-free installments and that the transaction can only be split with added interest. I find it unreasonable that a healthcare expense made with a World Gold credit card cannot be converted into interest-free installments. I request that my hospital payment from April 22, 2026 at Avrupa Cerrahi Proktoloji Merkezi be converted into 3 interest-free installments on my Yapı Kredi World Gold credit card and that my account be updated accordingly.

I made a medical expense with my Yapı Kredi World Gold card, but it wasn't installment‑planned and a high interest rate was added. The bank hasn't responded, I view this situation very negatively and am considering closing the cards I've been using for ten years.

I wanted to split my healthcare payment at Avrupa Cerrahi Proctology Center into 3 interest-free installments, but for my Yapi Kredi World Gold card, only an interest-bearing installment option was offered, and I was told there was no campaign available. I also requested a refund of the interest charges, but I still have not received any response, and no communication has been made with the bank.
